Start by narrowing the decision, not the listings. Most buyers collect eight brochures and have no way to compare them, because brochures are not built to be compared. EXIO lists every project in our coverage area, scores each one on locality, project plan, amenities and growth indicators, and lets you place any two side by side. The advisory call is free and we charge you no brokerage.
It depends on what you are optimising for, and anyone who answers without asking that is selling you something. The west corridor — Shela, Silaj, Vaishnodevi Circle, Bopal and South Bopal — has high new-launch density and newer stock. The north corridor — Gota, Zundal, Chandkheda and Tragad — offers more space for the same budget and shorter commutes to GIFT City and Gandhinagar. Bopal and South Bopal are more established, with deeper school catchments and a wider resale market.
Ahmedabad averaged around ₹4,826 per sq ft in the first half of 2026, the most affordable of India's eight major metros. Within that, micro-markets vary widely: parts of the north corridor sit well below the city average while the premium west corridor sits above it. Homes between ₹50 lakh and ₹1 crore account for the largest share of sales. Always ask which area basis a price is quoted on — carpet or super built-up — because the same number can describe very different homes.

Each project is assessed on four heads: locality, including connectivity and what is coming up within two kilometres; project plan, including carpet efficiency, layout, ventilation and parking ratio; amenities, separating what exists from what is promised in a later phase; and growth indicators, counting only infrastructure that is sanctioned and dated. No builder pays to rank higher, and projects that score poorly stay listed.
It is the checklist every project passes through before it appears on EXIO with a score — covering RERA registration status, title and approvals, construction stage against the declared timeline, specification claims, amenity delivery phase, and the full cost picture including charges that usually surface at booking. The purpose is to make sure what you are shown matches what is actually being built.
